- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior estimators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
- Review and validate estimates prepared by team members, ensuring compliance with organizational standards and industry regulations.
- Monitor and assess market trends and pricing strategies to keep estimates competitive and reflective of current conditions.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management, clearly articulating estimation methodologies and rationale behind proposed costs.
