Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, and possess strong communication skills in both Hindi and English. The role involves a combination of field sales activities and office-based lead generation through cold calling.
Key Responsibilities:-
- Visit potential clients and business locations for sales meetings.
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales and direct customer interactions
- There is fixed field sales location & it will be in 500 meters of office location only.
- Conduct cold calling from the office during afternoon hours to generate leads and schedule meetings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
- Maintain records of client interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Prepare daily activity and sales reports.
- There is a provision of sales/ performance based incentives.
Requirements:-
- Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Presentable personality with professional appearance and attitude.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and convincing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.
- Must be comfortable with regular field visits.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
