We are a pharmaceutical marketing company based in Ludhiana, looking for a responsible, organized, and proactive Office Administrator to manage the day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities |
- Manage routine office administration and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels of products and office supplies.
- Prepare invoices, bills, and related documentation.
- Coordinate packaging, dispatch, and shipment of products to dealers across India through transport and courier services.
- Coordinate local deliveries as and when required.
- Liaise with transporters, courier partners, vendors, and service providers.
- Maintain office utilities and coordinate maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Organize files, records, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills |
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Prior experience in office administration, operations, logistics, or back-office roles is an advantage.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
- Working knowledge of Tally ERP is an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
- Professional communication skills in English are essential. Candidates must be comfortable communicating confidently in spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of Hindi and Punjabi is preferred.
Local Travel |
Occasional local deliveries or office-related work may be required using the employee's own two-wheeler. Travel expenses will be reimbursed separately based on actual kilometres travelled.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
