Job Description
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented F&B Executive to join our team ibis Jaipur City Centre. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless operation of our Food & Beverage outlets while delivering exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate will combine operational expertise with a guest-focused mindset, working collaboratively with our team to drive excellence across all F&B services.

Oversee daily operations of Food & Beverage outlets during peak and off-peak hours, ensuring smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.

Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all F&B services, menus, outlets, and hotel services to provide informed support to staff and guests.

Supervise and motivate F&B team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages professional growth.

Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene standards, and fire safety/emergency procedures at all times.

Assist in staff training and onboarding programs, promoting consistent service standards and professional behavior.

Address guest concerns and complaints with empathy and decisiveness, resolving issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to customize offerings and enhance the overall dining experience.

Maintain professional presentation and grooming standards, serving as a role model for the team.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or equivalent Diploma in Hospitality/F&B Management.

Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience in F&B operations, outlet management, or hospitality services.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and management.

Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining service quality.

Proficiency in Point of Sale (POS) systems and hotel management software.

Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene standards, and emergency procedures.

Experience in inventory management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
