This includes training, mentoring, and performance management. The goal is to help employees reach their full potential and contribute effectively to the organization. Responsibilities also include identifying skill gaps and developing strategies to address them. This role is essential for fostering a skilled and motivated workforce. The practice of training and learning material between an instructor and learners, either individuals or groups. Instructors can also be referred to as a facilitator, who may be knowledgeable and experienced in the learning material, but can also be used more for their facilitation skills and ability to deliver material to learners.
What are we looking for? • Proficient in documentation tools (e.g., MS Word, Google Docs, Visio). o Familiarity with document management systems and process mapping tools. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills o Strong analytical skills to understand and simplify complex processes. • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. o Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. o Collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse teams. • Domian Expertise o Strong functional knowledge of end-to-end F&A processes – P2P, O2C, and R2R. o Hands-on working knowledge of SAP and/or Oracle ERP systems.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Develop SOPs: o Lead the creation, review, and maintenance of SOPs, DTPs, and process documentation for P2P, O2C, and R2R. o Establish documentation standards, templates, naming conventions, and quality benchmarks. o Review and approve SOP deliverables to ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness. o Act as the primary documentation owner during transitions and process changes. • Training Delivery: o Deliver classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training for F&A processes across P2P, O2C, and R2R. o Plan and execute training sessions during transitions, hyper care, and stabilization phases. o Facilitate process walkthroughs, simulations, and system demonstrations using SAP and/or Oracle. o Adapt training delivery based on audience needs, process complexity, and maturity levels. o Support and conduct process certification and assessments to evaluate trainee readiness. o Track training completion, assessment results, and certification status for operations teams. o Identify knowledge gaps and recommend refresher training or remediation plans. o Ensure training delivery follows defined training governance, quality standards, and audit requirements. o Maintain training records and evidence for audit and compliance purposes. o Own the end-to-end training strategy for F&A processes, covering onboarding, transitions, and refreshers. o Convert approved SOPs and DTPs into structured training curricula, walkthrough decks, job aids, and reference materials. o Lead classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training sessions across P2P, O2C, and R2R. o Drive process certification and readiness assessments for operations teams • Documentation Management: o Maintain a centralized repository for all SOPs, ensuring version control and easy accessibility. o Track SOP usage and revise based on feedback and operational data. • Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
