Job Title: Telecaller – Financial Market
Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident and results-driven Telecaller to connect with potential clients and explain financial market products and services such as stock market advisory, trading accounts, investment plans, and related offerings. The candidate should have strong communication skills, customer handling ability, and basic knowledge of financial markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads.
- Explain company services related to stock market, trading, investments, or advisory plans.
- Generate interest and schedule follow-ups with sales/advisory teams.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/database regularly.
- Answer client queries professionally and clearly.
- Follow up with interested customers to convert leads into clients.
- Meet daily/weekly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Stay updated on financial market basics and company offerings.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Fluency in local language plus basic English,telugu,malayalam( required).
- Good telephone etiquette and listening skills.
- Basic knowledge of financial products preferred.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools, data entry).
- Positive attitude and confidence.
Qualification:
- Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate preferred.
- Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Freshers can also apply (if training provided).
Salary:
Based on experience + Incentives + Performance Bonus.

Note:
Candidates with prior experience in stock broking, insurance, banking, or investment sales will be preferred.
Pay: ₹8,818.93 - ₹20,100.53 per month
