Required Skills:
- 5+ years of strong Python backend engineering experience
- Experience with LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, or custom agent frameworks
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, Anthropic APIs, or similar LLM providers
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures and vector databases
- Experience integrating enterprise systems and third-party APIs
- Cloud and DevOps experience (AWS/GCP/Azure, Docker, Kubernetes)

Job Description:
- Design and build AI agent workflows and orchestration systems
- Integrate AI systems with ERP, billing, ecommerce, CRM, and internal APIs
- Implement RAG pipelines, vector search, and context management systems
- Build reliable tool/function calling mechanisms for AI agents
- Develop AI guardrails, validation layers, and hallucination reduction workflows
- Architect scalable backend services for AI-driven platforms
- Implement observability, monitoring, retries, and fallback mechanisms
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams in a fast-moving startup environment
Pay: ₹456,646.56 - ₹1,758,087.79 per year
