Job description:
We are looking for a highly experienced accounting professional with strong expertise in the preparation and finalization of accounts for large organizations. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Preparation and finalization of financial statements and accounts for large companies.
Reconciliation of accounts with GST records, debtors, creditors, banks, and other stakeholders.
Ensuring accurate and timely completion of account reconciliations with a 360-degree review approach.
Preparation of financial statements in compliance with the Companies Act and applicable accounting standards.
Managing accounting assignments independently and ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
Coordinating with auditors, tax consultants, and internal stakeholders for smooth financial reporting and compliance.
Identifying and resolving discrepancies in financial records and reconciliations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong experience in accounting, financial statement preparation, and account finalization.
Excellent knowledge of GST reconciliations and compliance requirements.
Thorough understanding of debtors, creditors, ledger scrutiny, and stakeholder account reconciliations.
Sound knowledge of the Companies Act and financial reporting requirements.
Ability to work independently and handle assignments with accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software is essential.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Good Knowledge of Excel
