Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Desk Support Executive to provide technical assistance and support for hardware, software, systems, and network-related issues within the organization. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining smooth IT operations and ensuring timely resolution of employee technical concerns.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and software
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, and network-related issues
- Manage user accounts, passwords, and email configurations
- Maintain IT inventory and asset records
- Coordinate with vendors for system repairs and AMC services
- Ensure proper functioning of office systems, CCTV, biometric devices, and Wi-Fi networks
- Support employees with day-to-day technical issues
- Perform regular system updates, backups, and maintenance
- Escalate critical technical issues when required
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of networking and system troubleshooting
- Understanding of Windows OS, MS Office, Outlook, and printer configuration
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle multiple technical issues efficiently
- Knowledge of hardware maintenance and IT support processes
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in IT Support / Help Desk profile preferred
- Experience in BFSI/NBFC sector will be an added advantage

Salary
As per company standards and interview performance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
