Sales Coordinator (Remote)

- 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM, or
- 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM

Primary Responsibility
Contact customers with COD (Cash on Delivery) orders and convert them into Prepaid or Semi-Prepaid orders through effective communication and convincing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers who have placed COD orders.
- Convince customers to convert COD orders into Prepaid/Semi-Prepaid.
- Build trust by clearly explaining the benefits of prepaid payment.
- Handle customer objections professionally and close conversions.
- Maintain accurate call records; update CRM/Excel sheets as per process.
- Achieve daily and monthly conversion targets.
- Coordinate with the operations team as required.
Required Skills
- Excellent Hindi communication (English is an added advantage).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Experience in telesales, customer support, or e-commerce sales preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Basic computer knowledge; familiarity with CRM/Google Sheets.
Eligibility
- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduation preferred).
- Prior telesales/customer service experience preferred.
- Own laptop/desktop and phone required (candidate's personal device to be used for work).
- Stable internet connection and a good-quality headset.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
