Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance of Mechanical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Press Machines
- Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown Maintenance of Press Shop Equipment
- Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of machine failures
- Planning and execution of preventive maintenance schedules
- Monitoring machine performance and reducing downtime
- Spare parts planning, inventory management, and cost control
- Installation, commissioning, and modification of machinery
- Implementation of TPM, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement activities
- Coordination with Production, Tool Room, and Quality departments
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures
