Key Responsibilities:
- Preventive, Predictive & Breakdown Maintenance of Press Shop Machines
- Maintenance of Mechanical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic Systems
- Troubleshooting of Power Press, Pneumatic Press and Sheet Metal Equipment
- Ensuring minimum machine downtime and maximum machine availability
- Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of machine breakdowns
- Planning and execution of preventive maintenance activities
- Spare parts management and inventory control
- Support machine installation, commissioning and modifications
- Implementation of TPM, Kaizen and continuous improvement activities
- Coordination with Production team to achieve daily production targets
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures
