Telecaller
We are looking for a Telecaller with 1–2 years of experience, preferably in a clinic or healthcare setting.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Follow up with patients and maintain regular communication.
- Answer patient inquiries and provide information about clinic services.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of telecalling experience.
- Experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare environment is preferred.
- Qualification Plus Two or any Degree.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to work in a team and provide excellent customer service.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
