Job Summary
Riskbirbal Insurance Broker Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Management Trainee Intern to support the sales team in lead generation, client coordination, and business development activities. The intern will gain practical exposure to the insurance broking industry while developing communication, sales, and customer relationship management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calling, online research, and various business platforms.
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Maintain and update lead databases and customer records.
- Coordinate with clients for documentation and follow-ups.
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Track sales inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
- Support day-to-day sales coordination and administrative activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective customers.
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports.
Eligibility
- Pursuing Post-Graduation or recently completed Graduation.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong willingness to learn sales and business development processes.
