Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and communication
- Prepare export documentation (Invoice, Packing List, etc.)
- Follow up with clients on orders and payments
- Support export sales process from order to dispatch
- Generate leads through cold calling
Requirements:
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge of export documentation
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Basic MS Office knowledge
