* *Budget:* 1.2 LPM
* *Work Location:* 100% Remote
* *Shift Timings:* 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (Global Collaboration)
*Technical Expertise Required*
* *Salesforce Ecosystem:* Deep experience with *Salesforce Data Cloud (D360)*.
* *AI & Automation:* Hands-on experience with *Agentforce* (flows, actions, topics, and secure data access patterns).
* *Data Engineering:* Proficiency in *Python, Spark*, or similar data engineering tools.
* *Cloud Platforms:* Working knowledge of *AWS, Snowflake, GCP, or Azure*.
* *Integrations:* Familiarity with MuleSoft or Marketing Cloud is highly preferred.
* Qualifications & Skills*
* *Certifications:*
* Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant or Developer (Required).
* Salesforce Administrator / Platform App Builder / PDI.
* PDII or Marketing Cloud certifications (Nice to have).
* *Domain Knowledge:* Expertise in industries with complex data needs (Retail, FinServ, Healthcare, or Media).
* *Strategic Thinking:* Strong understanding of customer journey orchestration and personalization use cases.
* *Delivery:* Proven experience in *Agile* or product-led delivery models.
Key Responsibilities**
* Architect and implement robust data solutions within the Salesforce Data Cloud.
* Develop Agentforce actions and flows to drive intelligent automation.
* Manage end-to-end data pipelines and enterprise data platforms.
* Enable advanced customer analytics and personalized journey orchestration.
