Job Title: Accounts Receivable Executive / Finance Executive
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Executive to manage customer outstanding follow-ups, receipt postings, deposit handling, and ERP-related finance operations. The candidate should possess strong communication, reconciliation, and coordination skills to ensure smooth financial operations and timely collections.
Key Responsibilities
1. Outstanding Follow-upCustomers
- Send weekly outstanding reports to customers.
- Obtain acknowledgement and confirmation for outstanding balances.
- Clarify customer queries related to outstanding statements.
- Follow up regularly for pending payments.
- Coordinate with the sales team for delayed responses from customers.
- Escalate long-pending cases to management when required.
Co-loader Accounts
- Perform reconciliation to identify final outstanding balances.
- Initiate payment requests for payable amounts.
- Post payment voucher entries in ERP/system.
- Follow up for receivables as per customer collection process.
Fentak Customers
- Send weekly outstanding reports.
- Obtain confirmation and acknowledgements from customers.
- Handle customer queries regarding outstanding balances.
- Follow up for payment collection.
- Coordinate with sales and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.
2. Receipt Posting & ERP EntriesCash & Carry Customers
- Verify receipt of payment for shipments.
- Post receipt entries in ERP/system upon confirmation.
- Send payment confirmation to Sales, Operations Team, and Customers.
- Coordinate for D.O release after payment confirmation.
- Hold D.O release if payment is pending.
Credit Term Customers
- Receive payment confirmations from customers/sales teams.
- Verify payments with bank statements.
- Post receipt entries and adjust outstanding balances in ERP.
- Acknowledge payment receipt to customers.
- Inform customers if payment is not reflected.
- Obtain bill-wise details for bulk payments and update entries accordingly.
- Handle CFS payment adjustments against older bills.
3. Reporting
- Send weekly customer outstanding aging reports to branch teams.
- Prepare monthly reconciliation statements for customers and obtain confirmations.
- Highlight long pending dues and overdue cases to management.
4. Deposit with Liner (D.D Process)
- Coordinate deposit payment requests from liners.
- Obtain approvals from concerned managers.
- Prepare and share payment approval sheets.
- Coordinate cheque and DD processing with bank.
- Scan and share DD copies with liners.
- Maintain original documents and courier DDs when required.
- Post entries in ERP/system after completion.
5. Deposit Recovery Process
- Follow up for DD cancellation after deposit period completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams and bank for cancellation procedures.
- Collect and maintain bank acknowledgements.
- Post recovery entries in ERP/system.
- Coordinate with branches for original DD collection.
- Escalate unresolved cases to reporting manager.
6. Additional Responsibilities
- Shipper and Consignment creation in ERP.
- Maintain accurate finance and ERP records.
- Ensure all postings and transactions are mapped to the correct party/accounts.
- Perform regular follow-ups for long pending collections.
- Verify deposit payments are initiated to the correct liner.
- Ensure timely recovery and closure of deposits.

Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- Experience in logistics/shipping industry will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
Location
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
