- Calibrate machinery before starting production.
- Load raw materials like crushed quartz aggregates, resins, and pigments.
- Configure settings for mixing, distribution, pressing, or curing machines.
- Run PLC systems to control automated slab production lines.
- Control specialized tools such as heavy vacuum presses and oven curing lines.
- Operate CNC machines to cut, trim, and profile cured quartz slabs.
- Manage polishing lines to achieve required gloss and surface finish. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
