Job Summary:
We are seeking qualified and caring Registered Nurses (ANM, GNM, B.Sc Nursing) and Nursing Assistants to join our healthcare team. Candidates must have valid MNC registration. You will be responsible for providing top-quality patient care, supporting doctors, and ensuring adherence to all medical protocols and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct health assessments and create personalized care plans
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments
- Perform physical exams and health screenings
- Monitor and record patient vitals and symptoms
- Assist in medical procedures, including catheter care and botulinum toxin administration
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide health education and preventive care counseling
- Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals for integrated patient care
Qualifications & Requirements:
- ANM, GNM, or B.Sc in Nursing with valid MNC registration
- Solid understanding of aseptic techniques and medical procedures
- Experience in trauma care (preferred but not mandatory)
- Ability to assist with mobility, dialysis, and patient lifting
- Skilled in conducting thorough physical examinations
- Knowledge of health coaching and patient education practices
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
