You will work on multiple fast-moving IoT and embedded product lines, where every project brings a new challenge — from low-level MCU firmware to connected cloud devices.
You should be comfortable owning features end-to-end — from requirement understanding → design → firmware development → hardware integration → debugging → production release, while also ensuring timelines, coordination, and delivery quality.
What You Will Be Doing
- Design and develop robust embedded firmware for real IoT & industrial products
- Work on both:
- Bare-metal systems
- RTOS-based multitasking systems
- Write clean, efficient Embedded C code with strong fundamentals:
- Memory management
- Interrupt handling
- State machines
- Timing-critical logic
- Work across MCUs like:
- STM32 (preferred)
- Renesas
- Nuvoton
- Holtek
- AVR / PIC / ARM Cortex-M series
- Build and debug hardware interfaces:
- UART, SPI, I2C
- ADC, PWM, GPIO
- Timers, Interrupts, Watchdog systems
- Integrate real-world IoT components:
- Sensors, actuators, communication modules
- Work on connectivity stacks:
- GSM / 4G / LTE
- Wi-Fi / BLE
- MQTT, HTTP/HTTPS
- TCP/IP, Modbus, industrial protocols
- Work with RTOS (FreeRTOS or similar):
- Task scheduling
- Synchronization (semaphores, mutexes)
- Queues, timers, inter-task communication
- Perform board bring-up and first-power debugging
- Debug real hardware issues using:
- Oscilloscope
- Logic Analyzer
- JTAG / SWD debuggers
- Handle field failures like a detective:
- Root cause analysis
- Fixes that survive production environments
- Support:
- Bootloader & firmware upgrades (OTA/FOTA)
- Production firmware releases
- Version control & release documentation
- Collaborate with:
- Hardware engineers
- Cloud/backend teams
- Mobile app developers
- Testing & production teams
What We Expect (Core Skills)
- 2–5 years of real hands-on embedded firmware experience
- Strong command over Embedded C (system-level understanding, not just syntax)
- Deep understanding of microcontroller architecture
- Experience with STM32 or similar ARM Cortex-M platforms
- Strong debugging mindset — ability to find issues in complex systems
- Good understanding of:
- Bare-metal firmware design
- RTOS concepts
- Embedded communication protocols
- Ability to read and understand:
- Schematics
- Datasheets
- Reference manuals
- Comfortable with Git / version control workflows
- Strong analytical and logical thinking under pressure
Project Management, Team Ownership & Leadership Expectations
In addition to technical skills, this role requires strong ownership and coordination ability:
- Take end-to-end ownership of firmware modules and features
- Break down requirements into clear technical tasks and execution plans
- Estimate effort and help in planning sprint / delivery timelines
- Track progress of assigned work and ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with hardware, software, testing, and production teams for smooth execution
- Act as a technical point of contact for assigned projects
- Identify risks early and proactively communicate blockers
- Ensure proper documentation, version control, and release readiness
- Participate in technical reviews and design discussions
- Guide and support junior engineers when required
- Help maintain code quality, consistency, and engineering standards
- Contribute to improving development processes and debugging efficiency
You are expected to think like a mini project owner for your firmware modules, not just a coder.

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
