Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Client Engagement Executive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with potential clients, understand their requirements, explain service offerings and itineraries, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the engagement process.
The ideal candidate should be confident, presentable, proactive, and capable of building strong rapport with leads and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective clients through calls, messages, emails, and online platforms.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, bookings, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead status.
- Address customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement.
- Assist in achieving business conversion and revenue targets.
- Support promotional campaigns and customer outreach initiatives.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer handling abilities.
- Confidence in speaking with clients and explaining services.
- Good presentation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, CRM tools, Google Sheets, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline.
- Prior experience in customer engagement, sales, customer support, hospitality, travel, retail, or service industry is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and customer orientation may also apply.
