*Job Title:* Logistics Executive

*Location:* Mundra / Port-based roles common for Adani area
*Key Responsibilities:*
- *Shipment Planning*: Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments via road, rail, sea
- *Documentation*: Handle BL, invoice, packing list, customs docs, E-way bills
- *Vendor Management*: Liaise with transporters, CHA, CFS, shipping lines
- *Tracking & MIS*: Daily shipment tracking, update SAP/ERP, prepare dispatch reports
- *Cost Control*: Freight negotiation, optimize container utilization, detention/demurrage control
- *Compliance*: Ensure customs, DGFT, port compliances are met
- *Coordination*: Work with warehouse, production, procurement, customer service teams
*Skills Required:*
- Knowledge of EXIM, Incoterms, HS codes
- SAP/ERP + MS Excel proficiency
- Strong communication for transporter/customer follow-ups
- Understanding of Mundra/ICD/Kandla port processes preferred
*Qualification:* Graduate + 1-3 years logistics/shipping experience
*Shift:* Often rotational, 24x7 port ops
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
