Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support the day-to-day administrative and operational activities of our real estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining records, managing documentation, coordinating with internal teams, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth backend operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update customer, property, and sales records.
- Prepare and manage documents, reports, agreements, and data entries.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and management teams for operational requirements.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support when required.
- Maintain MIS reports and track daily business activities.
- Manage filing systems and ensure proper documentation of all records.
- Verify and organize property-related documents and customer files.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, inventory reports, and business performance reports.
- Handle email correspondence and follow up with clients and internal departments.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of company data.
Required Skills
- Good communication and coordination skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.
- Basic knowledge of data management and reporting.

- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in administration, back office operations, data entry, or real estate support roles will be preferred.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
