Job Description :-
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and objectives.

Lead presales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and presentations to clients.

Act as a technical liaison between clients, the infrastructure team, and the development team to ensure alignment of solutions with client needs.

Analyze client infrastructure needs and recommend appropriate solutions, including hardware, software, and cloud-based services.

Develop and maintain deep technical expertise in cloud products and services.

Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team during client meetings and presentations.

Work closely with the project management team to ensure smooth implementation and deployment of solutions.

Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services.

Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Proven experience in a presales or solutions engineering role, preferably in the IT infrastructure or cloud services industry.

Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies, including networking, storage, virtualization, and cloud computing.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving business growth.

Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) are a plus.
