Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound student enquiries.
- Counsel prospective students regarding courses, curriculum, fees, and career opportunities.
- Conduct follow-ups with leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and walk-ins.
- Convert enquiries into admissions and achieve monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with the operations and academic team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Build strong relationships with students and provide guidance throughout the admission process.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, workshops, and counselling sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum Graduation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build trust and guide students effectively.
- Experience in education counselling, admissions, telesales, customer service, or sales will be preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated personality.
