- Make inbound & outbound calls to leads and prospective clients.
- Explain the clinic’s slimming, weight-management, and wellness services.
- Understand customers’ requirements and answer basic queries.
- Follow up with interested customers regularly.
- Schedule appointments and encourage customers to visit the clinic.
- Inform customers about packages, offers, and consultation details.
- Maintain daily call records and update leads in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with the clinic’s counsellors and front-office team.
- Follow up with clients after consultations and appointments.
- Achieve daily/monthly calling, appointment, and conversion targets.
- Previous telecalling, telesales, clinic, beauty, wellness, or healthcare experience is an advantage.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Saturday and Sunday are mandatory working days & You will be entitled to one weekly off between Monday and Friday.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
