We are looking for a smart, professional, confident and career-oriented Tele caller cum CRM Executive who wants to build a long-term career with a growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Calling industrial customers and prospective clients.
- Following up on inquiries generated from marketing campaigns, references and online platforms.
- Maintaining customer records in CRM software.
- Coordinating with the sales team for appointments and quotations.
- Sending company profiles, product details and follow-up messages.
- Maintaining daily call reports and lead status.
- Building strong customer relationships through regular communication.
- Generating qualified leads for the sales team.
- Updating customer purchase requirements and feedback in CRM.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, CRM, Sales Coordination or Business Development.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English and Bengali.
- Good telephone etiquette and convincing ability.
- Basic computer knowledge including Excel, Email and CRM software.
- Positive attitude and self-motivated personality.
- Professional appearance and behavior.
- Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Stable employment history.
- Looking for long-term career growth.
- Residing in or around Kolkata.
- Experience in B2B sales, industrial products, manufacturing, lubricants, fuels, chemicals or related sectors will be an added advantage.
