Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, including Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Security.
- Ensure excellent guest satisfaction and effective resolution of guest concerns.
- Lead, motivate, and develop departmental teams.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and operational SOPs.
- Maintain hotel assets, facilities, and service quality standards.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality.
- Minimum 6–9years of hotel experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and guest relations.
- Proficiency in PMS and Microsoft Office.

- Ability to lead teams, drive performance, and represent the hotel professionally.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
