Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Network Development Executive to expand our business network by onboarding dealers, channel partners, associate partners, collaborators, freelancers, referral partners, and other strategic business associates. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, networking, and negotiation skills with a strong ability to build long-term business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new dealers, channel partners, collaborators, associate partners, freelancers, and referral partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and business discussions with prospective partners.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's business network.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and support.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, partner interactions, and onboarding status.
- Follow up regularly with prospects to convert them into active partners.
- Achieve monthly onboarding and business development targets.
- Gather market intelligence and identify new business opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings, networking events, and exhibitions, if required.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA or equivalent is an added advantage).
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, channel sales, partnership development, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
- Performance incentives may be offered based on business targets and management discretion.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
