Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for leading the academic delivery and strategic development of the IBDP Business Management programme while fostering a culture of academic excellence, collaboration, and student engagement. The role requires a progressive educator with the ability to mentor faculty, guide students, and contribute meaningfully to the school’s academic vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the IBDP Business Management curriculum
- Deliver engaging, inquiry-based, and concept-driven lessons aligned with IB standards and practices
- Ensure effective academic planning, assessment design, moderation, and curriculum mapping
- Mentor and support faculty members to strengthen instructional practices and academic outcomes
- Monitor student progress and provide academic guidance to support overall student achievement and university readiness
- Promote experiential learning, critical thinking, and real-world business application within the classroom
- Collaborate with school leadership, IB coordinators, parents, and faculty to support holistic student development
- Contribute to academic reviews, policy implementation, teacher training, and institutional development initiatives
- Foster an inclusive, innovative, and internationally minded learning environment
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an academic leadership role
- Strong understanding of the IB Diploma Programme curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment framework
- Demonstrated expertise in teaching Business Management within the IBDP framework
- Excellent communication, mentoring, interpersonal, and team management skills
- IB-trained and workshop-certified candidates will be preferred

Experience
- Relevant experience teaching IBDP Business Management
- Prior experience in curriculum coordination, academic leadership, or programme management preferred
