Job Overview:
The Web Designer will be responsible for the design and layout of websites, ensuring they are visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for a seamless user experience. This role requires a combination of graphic design skills and technical knowledge of website development, along with a strong understanding of current web design trends and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Website Layouts: Create visually appealing and responsive website designs, including page layouts, interfaces, and navigation elements, using design software and tools.
- Develop Design Prototypes: Produce design prototypes, wireframes, and mockups to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with developers, content creators, and other team members to ensure the design aligns with the overall project vision and technical requirements.
- Ensure User-Centric Design: Focus on user experience (UX) by designing intuitive and engaging interfaces that enhance usability and accessibility.
- Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure that all designs are consistent with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
- Optimize Graphics and Images: Optimize images, graphics, and other visual elements to ensure fast-loading and responsive web designs.
- Conduct Design Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep designs fresh and innovative.
- Revise and Improve Designs: Respond to feedback from team members and clients, making necessary revisions and adjustments to designs.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct design testing and troubleshooting to ensure the final website is error-free and functions smoothly across different devices and browsers.
Requirements:
- Experience: Proven experience as a Web Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing website design, UX/UI design, and graphic design work.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in design software such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Understanding of Web Technologies: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to effectively communicate with developers (coding skills are a plus but not required).
- Creative Skills: Strong creative vision with an eye for visual composition, typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail with a commitment to producing visually consistent and high-quality work.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain design concepts clearly and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Adaptability: Ability to adapt to feedback and changes in project scope, and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
