We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Telesales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and converting prospects into site visits and bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided data.
- Handle inbound inquiries related to property projects.
- Explain property details, pricing, and offers to clients.
- Generate and qualify leads for site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visit scheduling.
- Maintain customer database and update CRM regularly.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
- Strong communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of real estate projects and market trends.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, and client handling.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)
