We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Senior Relationship Manager to join a leading, premier financial services institution. In this role, you will be responsible for building, nurturing, and expanding strong, long-lasting relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs). You will provide expert financial advice, conduct portfolio analysis, and deliver personalized wealth management solutions designed to help clients achieve their short-term and long-term financial goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Proactively acquire, manage, and retain a dedicated portfolio of premium HNI clients.
- Financial Advisory & Product Profiling: Understand customer needs through robust profiling to offer tailored financial products, including Debt products, Structures, Equities, Mutual Funds, Fund-based Real Estate, and other specialized investment instruments.
- Portfolio Management & Analytics: Conduct portfolio modeling, performance analysis, and business analytics to optimize client returns.
- Wallet Share Optimization: Deepen existing relationships and maximize client profitability by cross-selling broking services and capturing a larger share of the client's financial wallet.
- Business Development & Networking: Actively network, seek referrals, and execute targeted micro-events to expand the B2C or B2B client base and meet organizational growth targets.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal research, investment, and compliance teams to ensure the delivery of accurate, high-yielding, and regulatory-compliant financial solutions.
- Market Intelligence: Stay continuously updated on industry trends, economic shifts, and regulatory changes to provide proactive financial counsel.Position Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- Education: Graduate or Postgraduate degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 3 to 6 years of proven experience in wealth management, HNI client handling, or premium banking sales.
- Core Competencies: Demonstrated expertise in B2B or B2C customer acquisition, financial market analysis, and wealth product distribution.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary (CTC Range): ₹13,00,000 – ₹18,00,000 per annum (Based on experience and skills)
- Commission/Incentives: Highly attractive 10% commission structure
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
