What we are looking for:
- Review and approve seller applications, ensuring they meet our platform's standards and requirements.
- Guide new sellers through the onboarding process, including account setup registration, KYC Completion, and product catalog upload and order management.
- Collaborate with the Technical team, Marketing team, and customer support to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new sellers.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our online store, including product listings, inventory management, order processing, and customer support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to drive traffic to our e-commerce platform.
- Continuously optimize the user experience to improve conversion rates and increase customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sellers/Brands, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure that all e-commerce-related activities align with the company's overall objectives and goals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with new sellers.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 per month
