Job Opening: Supply Chain Executive – Footwear Industry
We are hiring an experienced Supply Chain Executive for the footwear industry.
Qualification: Graduation + Diploma/Degree in Footwear Technology.
Experience: Minimum 10–15 years in footwear Production.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage material sourcing footwear manufacturing.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely availability of all materials at factory.
- Handle vendor management, price negotiation, and delivery follow-up.
- Work closely with production, planning and quality teams for smooth material flow.
- Monitor inventory and avoid production delays due to material shortages.
- Ensure quality standards and timely supply as per production plans.
- Resolve supplier-related issues including delays, shortages, quality concerns, and logistics challenges.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and material specifications.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of footwear materials and manufacturing process
- Experience in supplier coordination and sourcing
- Good negotiation, planning, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹225,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
