Build an M-Sand & Aggregate supplier network by securing competitive rates and regular supply/capacity from stone crusher plants.
Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard stone crusher & M-Sand plants.
- Meet owners, plant heads & commercial heads and negotiate supply.
- Secure long-term tie-ups.
- Negotiate rates, credit terms and dispatch conditions.
- Track supplier capacity, pricing, quality and reliability.
- Build alternate suppliers and ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Maintain supplier database and market-price intelligence.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in aggregates, RMC, construction materials
- Existing relationships with crusher/M-Sand suppliers preferred.
- Strong negotiation & field-sales skills.
- Knowledge of M-Sand, 10mm, 20mm, 40mm aggregates preferred.
- Marathi/Hindi required; two-wheeler preferred.
