Hybrid Proctor – Talview Platform (Work From Office)
Role Overview
We're hiring Hybrid Proctors to monitor online examinations conducted through the Talview platform from Talview Office
You'll ensure exam integrity, support candidates in real time, and help maintain a smooth, secure testing experience.
What You'll Do
- Monitor candidates during live online exams via audio, video, and screen sharing
- Verify candidate identity and exam environment before each session
- Spot and report any suspicious activity or policy violations
- Assist candidates through chat/audio support during assessments
- Escalate technical or integrity issues to the support team
- Maintain accurate records of exam events
- Follow client-specific protocols and SOPs
- Handle multiple exam sessions at once, as required
Who Can Apply
- Graduate in any discipline
- Good verbal and written English communication
- Basic computer skills and comfortable typing
- Strong attention to detail and quick decision-making
- Available for rotational shifts, including weekends/holidays
- Freshers welcome to apply!
- Prior experience in proctoring, BPO, customer support, or exam operations is a plus
Pay & Benefits
- Half-day shift (4.5 hrs): ₹600
- Full-day shift (9.5 hrs): ₹1,200

Training
Mandatory onboarding and certification on the Talview platform before deployment, with periodic refresher sessions.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
