QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENT - MA in Psychology
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· First point of contact for Patient in OPD
. Taking Case history and mental status examination
· Regular Assessment of OPD patients
· Collaboration with doctors & Psychologist team
· Personality Assessment
· Conducting phone calls and family meetings
· Psycho-education to families and patients
Documentation
· Timed and daily documentation of Family call logs, family meetings etc. in medical records
· Responsible in attaching relevant forms (in patient files) designed and available for patient medical records by hospital
· Documentation of “Special Notes” in patient files
Responsible for all other necessary compliance related documentation or process flows with regards to Accreditation standards and patient safety
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
