Full Stack Developer (Part-Time) Location: Remote / Work from Home Engagement Type: Part-Time (approx. 15–20 hours/week) Experience Required: 4+ Years Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Developer with at least 4 years of hands-on software development experience to join our team on a flexible, part-time basis. In this role, you will design, build, and maintain scalable web applications and robust backend services, collaborating closely with the core team to deliver clean, production-ready features. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web frontends and backends. Design and implement clean, secure, and well-documented RESTful APIs and background services. Integrate front-end components with back-end business logic, databases, and third-party APIs. Optimize applications for maximum speed, security, and scalability. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve performance bottlenecks across the stack. Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and sprint planning. Required Qualifications & Skills 4+ years of full-stack web development experience in a production environment. Frontend: Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks (e.g., React.js, Next.js, or Vue.js), HTML5, CSS3/Tailwind. Backend: Solid expertise in modern server-side technologies (e.g., Node.js/Express, Python/FastAPI/Django, or Go). Databases: Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis). APIs & Architecture: Experience designing RESTful APIs and working with asynchronous tasks/message queues. DevOps & Tooling: Familiarity with Git version control, Docker, Linux environments, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure). Independence: Proven ability to manage deliverables autonomously in a remote, asynchronous setup. Preferred (Good to Have) Experience working with WebSockets, real-time data feeds, or media streaming (e.g., RTSP/WebRTC). Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
