Job Summary
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site activities and ensure smooth execution of civil and installation works. The role involves supervising workers, monitoring progress, ensuring quality, and coordinating with engineers and project teams to complete projects on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site execution work and workforce activities
- Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, instructions, and specifications
- Monitor installation of doors, windows, frames, and civil works (if applicable)
- Allocate tasks to workers and ensure productivity at site
- Check material usage and report shortages or damages
- Maintain site discipline, safety, and cleanliness
- Coordinate with Site Engineer / Project Manager for updates
- Track daily progress and submit site reports
- Ensure quality standards are maintained during execution
- Assist in measuring completed work for billing support
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of construction and site activities
- Ability to manage labour and coordinate teams
- Knowledge of installation work (doors/windows preferred)
- Reading basic drawings is an advantage
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Problem-solving and on-site decision-making ability
- Basic reporting skills (manual or Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Any Degree
- 1–5 years of experience in construction or installation supervision
- Experience in doors & windows / aluminium / UPVC installation is a plus
