Role & Responsibilities:
- Reviewing insurance claim documents and policy details.
- Processing health insurance claims as per company guidelines.
- Coordinating with insurance companies, TPAs, hospitals, and clients for claim settlements.
- Follow-up on pending claims and maintaining claim status records.
- Verifying claim eligibility, approvals, and required documentation.
- Resolving customer queries related to claims and policy coverage.
- Preparing MIS reports and claim updates.
Candidate Requirements:
- Experience in Insurance Broking and/or TPA operations.
- Good knowledge of claim processing procedures.
- Strong follow-up and communication skills.
- Ability to review and analyze claim documents accurately.
- Basic knowledge of insurance policies and hospital coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and email communication.
Preferred Experience:
- 1–3 years in Claims Handling / Insurance Operations / TPA.
- Experience in Health Insurance claims preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
