Role Synopsis :-
A forward-looking school in Kalamb is seeking an articulate and nurturing English Teacher for early-grade learners (Grades 1–3). The role emphasises cultivating language fluency, expressive confidence and foundational literacy skills through engaging and thoughtfully structured instruction.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Deliver language-enrichment sessions focusing on phonics, vocabulary and sentence formation
- Foster reading readiness, articulation and basic writing proficiency
- Curate interactive learning experiences through stories, activities and guided exercises
- Monitor learner development via formative assessments and feedback loops
- Establish a warm, inclusive, and participative classroom environment
Candidate Prerequisites :-
- Graduate in English / Education (B.Ed preferred)
- 1–2 years of primary teaching exposure preferred
- Strong command over spoken and written English
- Ability to engage young learners with patience and creativity
