Job Summary: As an Operations Executive, you will assist in the smooth running of our production, inventory, and supply chain processes. This role is perfect for a fresher looking to gain experience in the jewelry industry, learning everything from handling materials to ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management: Assist in tracking and maintaining accurate inventory levels for raw materials, gemstones, and finished jewelry pieces.
- Order Processing: Support in processing customer orders, coordinating with the production and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Quality Control: Assist in checking jewelry pieces for defects, ensuring that all products meet company standards before shipment.
- Vendor Coordination: Help in coordinating with suppliers and vendors for procurement of raw materials and tools.
- Logistics and Shipping: Support the logistics team to ensure timely shipping and delivery of orders, both locally and internationally.
- Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain and update records for production, inventory, and customer orders in the company’s systems.
- Customer Service Support: Occasionally assist in handling customer inquiries related to orders, shipments, and product details.
- Process Optimization: Identify potential improvements in the operational processes and report to senior management.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing daily and weekly operational reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Masters Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, or any related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the jewelry industry.
- Ability to work well in a team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of inventory management is a plus.
