Vocational Trainer for Vocational Training of Special Students
Train and empower children with special needs (intellectual disabilities) with practical vocational skills to support their independence and employability.
Job Description
- Develop and deliver individualized, hands-on vocational training plans based on each students's abilities
- Teach life skills and work-readiness and other Vocational skills
- Conduct regular assessments and track each student's progress
- Coordinate with special educators, therapists, and other staff for holistic development
- Maintain training records and prepare progress reports for the head of the program
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Vocational Training or Vocational Rehabilitation
Pay: ₹9,438.52 - ₹39,703.12 per month
Work Location: In person
