Job Profile
Labour management:
- Maintain attendance register (daily/weekly) for factory/floor workers
- Process wages — calculate overtime, deductions, and advances
- Handle ESI, PF enrolment and monthly filings
- Ensure compliance with Factories Act, Minimum Wages Act, and Gujarat labour rules
- Manage joining/exit formalities for contract/daily wage workers
Corporate HR:
- Maintain employee files and offer letter / appointment letter records
- Handle leave tracking, payroll inputs for salaried staff
- Coordinate appraisals and increment letters
- Draft HR policies (attendance, leave, conduct) if not already documented
- Support recruitment — posting JDs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate in HR / MBA-HR preferred
- Working knowledge of labour laws, PF & ESI is essential Indeed
- Prior experience in textile, garment, or manufacturing HR strongly preferred
- Comfortable with Excel-based payroll and attendance tools
- Reliable, discreet, and able to handle sensitive labour disputes calmly
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
