Sante Spa Cuisine is a wellness-focused restaurant brand dedicated to serving nutritious, wholesome, and delicious food. We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support the smooth financial operations of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end accounting for both Sante Spa Cuisine outlets in Pune.
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping.
- Perform daily sales and POS reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process vendor payments and maintain vendor ledgers.
- Reconcile bank accounts, cash, and credit card transactions.
- Prepare MIS reports and monthly financial statements.
- Monitor food & beverage costs and inventory reconciliation.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and support audit activities.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- 2–5 years of accounting experience in Hotels, Restaurants, Cafés, Cloud Kitchens, Resorts, or Hospitality businesses.
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
- Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Mandatory Requirement:
Candidates must have prior accounting experience in the hospitality industry.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
