Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Initiate calls to prospective or existing clients to promote products, services, or raise funds using predefined scripts.
- Inbound Handling: Answer incoming calls from customers seeking assistance, product information, or support.
- Lead Qualification & Follow-Up: Identify potential leads by understanding customer specifications, and execute regular follow-ups to nurture sales pipelines.
- Query Resolution: Address client inquiries, grievances, and complaints professionally, offering accurate solutions or routing complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Data Management: Record details of successful and unsuccessful calls, maintain comprehensive databases, and update CRM Platforms with customer feedback.
- Target Achievement: Consistently strive to meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call volume and sales quotas.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
