Key Responsibilities
- Listing & Catalog Management: Upload new titles and manage metadata (titles, blurbs, keywords, BISAC codes) to ensure maximum searchability (SEO).
- Marketplace Operations: Manage day-to-day operations on platforms such as Amazon (Vendor/Seller Central), IngramSpark, and our own Shopify store.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels across various warehouses and digital platforms to prevent "Out of Stock" notices on high-priority titles.
- Promotions & Campaigns: Execute price drops, "Deal of the Day" submissions, and seasonal book campaigns (e.g., Summer Reading, Holiday Gift Guides).
- Performance Analytics: Track and report on sales data, conversion rates, and advertising spend (ROAS) to identify growth opportunities.
- Customer Experience: Ensure that digital assets (A+ Content, Look Inside features, and high-res cover art) are up to date and compelling.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2-3 years in E-commerce or Digital Marketing (publishing industry experience is a major plus).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
