We are looking for a persuasive, empathetic, and goal-oriented IVF Telecaller / Patient Relationship Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility is to handle patient inquiries, follow up on digital leads, and guide prospective patients to book their first consultation at our clinic.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead Conversion & Sales
- Convert Leads: Call prospective patients who have inquired about IVF treatments and convert interest into confirmed clinic appointments.
- Overcome Objections: Address patient hesitation regarding costs, success rates, and treatment timelines professionally to drive conversions.
- Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and weekly targets for walk-ins and consultation bookings.
Query Handling & Counselling
- Handle Inquiries: Answer incoming calls, web inquiries, and social media leads promptly and professionally.
- Basic Guidance: Explain various fertility treatments (IVF, IUI, ICSI) in simple, encouraging terms without giving medical prescriptions.
- Empathetic Listening: Provide a supportive, confidential space for anxious patients sharing their fertility journeys.
Data & Coordination
- CRM Management: Maintain an accurate, daily log of call status, follow-up dates, and patient remarks in the CRM software.
- Front Desk Alignment: Coordinate with the clinic's front desk and medical coordinators to ensure smooth scheduling for patients who walk in.
Job RequirementsQualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate degree in any stream (Biotech, Healthcare Administration, or Arts/Commerce preferred).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in tele-sales, tele-marketing, or customer service. Experience in an IVF, healthcare, or wellness sector is highly preferred.
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
