Job description:
We are looking for a proactive Admin Executive to handle daily office operations and provide support to HR, operations, and Management teams. The role is hands-on and requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage front desk activities including calls, visitors, and courier services.

Handle office supplies, stationery, pantry, and inventory management.

Maintain records of attendance, leave, and employee files in coordination with HR.

Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and internal events.

Process vendor invoices, maintain petty cash, and support basic finance documentation.

Maintain filing systems (both digital and physical) for easy retrieval.

Provide general administrative support to staff and management.

Manage vendor contracts, negotiations, and service agreements.

Monitor office budgets, expenses, and cost optimization.

Supervise facility management including security, housekeeping, and maintenance.

Manage IT Assets and Maintenance

AMC renewals
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Arts preferred).

2–4 years of experience in office administration.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
-
Excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
-
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proactive approach.
