Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Develop performance-driven marketing strategies focused on lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI.
- Monitor key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
- Perform A/B testing on creatives, landing pages, and campaign structures.
- Generate regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
- Stay updated with platform updates, industry trends, and emerging advertising opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, analytics, and attribution models.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting tools.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Employment Terms
- Probation Period: 1 Month
- Mandatory Lock-in Period: 3 Months upon successful completion of probation.
